The audit is suitable for any site or facility that attracts visitors.  It can even be adapted for specific activities or outdoor events.  It gives owners or managers a very reasonably priced and independent insight into how a visitor might view the site which can be used to further develop the visitor experience.

Using a carefully researched template, an experienced and independent auditor will visit your site, complete the survey and use the findings to produce a report on the visitor experience.  You can have the results reported as a telephone call, a summary or full written report.

If you would like your site to be ‘mystery shopped’ that can also be done for you.  Anglian Parks and Wildlife can survey anything from whether signs make sense to the state of the toilet facilities.  It’s your choice and the price reflects that.
